1. The service
Advoratise operates a marketplace where advertisers discover and purchase advertising placements from publishers, creators and other media owners. Advoratise is not the publisher of the media it lists and does not own the underlying inventory unless expressly stated.
Accounts are free to create. Advoratise charges a marketplace commission, disclosed before you confirm an order, when a transaction completes.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
Advoratise may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, the Advertising Policy or the Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Listings and claims
Publishers are responsible for the accuracy of audience, reach and pricing information they submit. Figures are displayed as self-reported unless Advoratise has actually verified them.
Advertisers are responsible for the legality, accuracy and substantiation of their advertising claims.
4. Orders, fees and payment
An order is created when an advertiser accepts a publisher quote. Advoratise records the gross amount, the platform commission and the publisher payout amount for every order.
Amounts are stored in the minor unit of the stated currency. Taxes are the responsibility of the respective parties in their jurisdictions.
5. No performance guarantee
Advoratise provides discovery, matching, ordering and reporting tools. Matching explanations describe relevance against your brief. They are not predictions or guarantees of advertising results.
6. Liability and changes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Advoratise is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from marketplace transactions between users.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in advance where required.
Advoratise operates internationally. Advertising, privacy, tax and consumer-protection rules differ by jurisdiction, so this document is a configurable baseline reviewed on a jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction basis rather than a claim of automatic worldwide compliance.
