Privacy Policy

How Advoratise collects, uses, stores and shares personal data, and how you exercise your privacy rights.

Last updated: 2026

Data we process

Account data (name, email, role, country, language), company and billing details, publisher and inventory information you submit, campaign briefs, orders and transaction records, support correspondence, and technical data such as IP address and device information.

Why we process it

To operate your account and the marketplace, to match campaigns with inventory, to process and record transactions, to prevent fraud and abuse, to meet legal obligations, and — only with your consent — for analytics, advertising and personalization.

Consent

Optional cookies and optional processing stay off until you actively allow them. Rejecting is exactly as easy as accepting, and you can withdraw consent at any time from the cookie preferences control. Every consent choice is logged with a timestamp.

Sharing

We share the minimum necessary data with the counterparty of a transaction, our hosting and database provider, payment providers where used, and authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and your rights

Transaction and ledger records are retained as long as legally required. Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Contact us to exercise them.

Advoratise operates internationally. Advertising, privacy, tax and consumer-protection rules differ by jurisdiction, so this document is a configurable baseline reviewed on a jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction basis rather than a claim of automatic worldwide compliance.
