Payment flow
During the current phase, orders follow a manual workflow: order created, invoice issued, payment instructions sent, payment confirmed by Advoratise, campaign activated, publisher payout released after delivery.
Cancellations and refunds
An order cancelled before delivery begins is refundable minus any non-recoverable costs. Once a placement has been delivered as described, it is not refundable.
Disputes
Raise a dispute through your dashboard within 14 days of the delivery date. Advoratise reviews the evidence from both parties and records the outcome in the transaction ledger.
Advoratise operates internationally. Advertising, privacy, tax and consumer-protection rules differ by jurisdiction, so this document is a configurable baseline reviewed on a jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction basis rather than a claim of automatic worldwide compliance.
