Advertising Policy

What may and may not be advertised through Advoratise, and how campaign review, claim substantiation and enforcement work.

Last updated: 2026

Truthful advertising

Advertising claims must be truthful, non-deceptive and capable of substantiation. Claims such as guaranteed income, guaranteed investment returns or instant medical results are not permitted.

Automated and manual review

Campaigns are screened for prohibited categories, suspicious or malicious destination URLs, misleading claims, adult content, illegal or counterfeit products, financial-risk categories, medical claims, political advertising, gambling, regulated products and trademark issues. Flagged campaigns go to human review.

Campaign statuses are: Pending, Approved, Rejected, Needs information and Suspended. Automated systems assist review; humans remain responsible for high-risk decisions.

Restricted and prohibited

Regulated categories require documentation and may be restricted by country. Illegal goods and services, counterfeit products, malware, and content that facilitates fraud are prohibited outright.

Labelling

Paid placements, featured listings and sponsored positions inside Advoratise are always labelled as paid.

Advoratise operates internationally. Advertising, privacy, tax and consumer-protection rules differ by jurisdiction, so this document is a configurable baseline reviewed on a jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction basis rather than a claim of automatic worldwide compliance.
