1. What we publish about every advert
Every advert delivered through Advoratise records who paid for it, the account that bought it, the dates it ran, the places it appeared on, and the targeting rules used. Publishers and recipients can request that record for any advert shown to them.
Adverts are never targeted using special category personal data, and never using data of people we know to be minors.
2. Moderation decisions
Adverts pass an automated policy screen before delivery, and every automated decision is logged with the rule that produced it. A human reviewer decides any case the automated screen cannot decide safely; unresolved cases are refused rather than delivered.
We publish counts of adverts refused, suspended and reinstated, and the reason category for each, in the reporting period covered by this document.
3. Notices, complaints and appeals
Anyone may report an advert or a listing to us through the contact page. We acknowledge the report, decide it, and give reasons in plain language.
An account whose advert or listing is refused or suspended may appeal that decision within six months, free of charge. Appeals are decided by a person who did not make the original decision.
4. Risk and independence
We assess, at least yearly, the risk that our systems spread illegal advertising, deceptive claims or invalid traffic, and record the measures taken against each risk.
Automated systems on Advoratise may refuse an action on their own, but may never widen access, approve a payout or relax a safety decision without human confirmation.
Advoratise operates internationally. Advertising, privacy, tax and consumer-protection rules differ by jurisdiction, so this document is a configurable baseline reviewed on a jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction basis rather than a claim of automatic worldwide compliance.
