The short answer
Woodpecker.co is built for teams that write to business contacts and need the follow-ups, replies and sending health handled in one place. That is what Woodpecker's own product shows. Read their pages and prices yourself before deciding, and read this page as a partner page, not neutral advice.

Who it can fit
These are the kinds of teams Woodpecker's own material points to. It is a starting point for your own check, not a result we measured:
- Sales teams doing business-to-business outreach
- Agencies running outreach for several clients
- Recruiters contacting candidates
- Founders who do their own first sales conversations
- Partnership teams asking for collaborations
- Teams that keep losing track of follow-ups
Write only to people you may write to
An outreach tool does not make a message legal. In Germany, Austria and Switzerland, business emails need a lawful reason to contact, a real sender address, a working way to say stop, and honest content. We are not a law firm: if you are unsure, ask one before your first campaign. No tool protects you from complaints about messages you should not have sent.
How to decide, step by step
1. Write down what you actually send
How many contacts per month, how many follow-ups, how many mailboxes, how many people on the team. Without those numbers you cannot compare any tool honestly, including this one.
2. Look at the product yourself
Woodpecker's own pages show the campaign list, the message editor, the sending settings and the deliverability view. Look at them before forming an opinion — we are a partner, not an independent test lab.
3. Check the price against your list size
Outreach tools usually charge by contacts or mailboxes. Check Woodpecker's current pricing page yourself; we do not repeat prices here because they change.
4. Start with one small campaign
One audience, one message, a small list. You learn more from twenty honest replies than from a thousand unanswered emails — and your sending reputation survives it.
Pictures from Woodpecker
These pictures come from Woodpecker's own brand kit for partners. We did not change them. Any numbers you see inside them are Woodpecker's demo examples, not results we measured and not results you should expect.

Using the Woodpecker name correctly
Woodpecker asks partners to follow its branding guidelines so readers can trust what they see. We use only logos and pictures from their own brand kit, unchanged, and we always mark the link as advertising.

What we can and cannot say
We cannot promise that Woodpecker fits your case, that your emails get answered, or that you earn anything. We have not measured its results ourselves. What we can promise: the link stays exactly as issued, the partner relationship is always visible, and we do not invent numbers.

Questions people ask
- Does it cost me more through your link?
- No. The price is the one Woodpecker sets. The link only tells Woodpecker that the visit came from Advoratise.
- How much do you earn from it?
- Woodpecker says partners earn a lifetime commission when someone subscribes to a paid account through the link. They did not name a rate to us, so we do not name one either.
- Is cold outreach allowed where I am?
- That depends on your country, your contacts and your message. In German-speaking countries the rules are strict. Ask a lawyer before your first campaign — neither Woodpecker nor we can answer this for you.
