Find the right newsletter placement
Start in the marketplace and narrow the list by media type, category and country. Choose newsletter as the media type. Filters help you find candidates; they do not prove that the readers fit your offer. If no suitable placement is listed, do not treat a different format as the same thing. You can review the wider marketplace or ask for a match instead.
Check the audience evidence
Open each listing and check its geography, description and reach information. A publisher-reported reach estimate is not a verified result or a promise that every subscriber will read your advert. Ask how the number was measured and when it was updated. Compare reader interests with your product, and request missing information before committing money. Approval of a listing does not guarantee clicks or sales.
Compare format and total cost
Check what is actually included: an image, text placement, dedicated email or another agreed format. Confirm the issue date, position, creative requirements and destination link with the owner. Compare prices only after checking these differences. Read the pricing page and the offer terms to understand the applicable charges. A cheaper placement is not automatically better if the audience, timing or deliverables differ.
Agree the booking and proof
Write down the agreed placement, date and what will count as proof of publication. Review cancellation, payment and dispute terms before booking; protection depends on the applicable terms. Keep the agreement and the publication evidence together. Start with a budget you can afford to test, then evaluate the result against your own goal. No marketplace listing can guarantee audience attention, conversions or future revenue.
